Save the date: SIAF 2024

Attention aviation enthusiasts! Mark your calendars for an exhilarating weekend as the Kuchyňa-Malacky Air Base opens its gates for the Slovak International Air Fest. Event is scheduled for August 31st and September 1st, 2024.

In the coming year, the Slovak International Air Fest will continue to showcase the professionalism and capability of all participants. The Kuchyňa-Malacky Air Base will once again host two days filled with dynamic and static displays, as well as ground demonstrations. SIAF is the largest aviation event in Slovakia.

The main program partner, the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, has extended invitations to participants from 23 countries by the Commander of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic, Major General Ing. Róbert Tóth. The list of confirmed participants will be published progressively throughout the year.

"Next year, the first F-16 Block 70 fighter jet is expected to join the arsenal of the Slovak Republic's Air Forces. I believe that if everything goes according to plan, we will be able to include it in the air show program and present it to the public for the first time. We also provide space for presentation of products from the domestic and international defense industry" explains the director of the Slovak Aviation Agency, Hubert Štoksa. 

SIAF 2024 is being prepared in cooperation with the Slovak Aviation Association, the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic (the main program partner), and co-organizers including the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic. The exclusive partner is Lockheed Martin.
